AKI works on a flat fee per project. This will be presented to you at the consultation, ensuring you’re fully aware of costs before making any kind of commitment.

At this time we have a $30K project minimum.
How much does a typical room cost?
How much does a typical room cost?
A typical living room from the ground up typically starts at $35,000-$55,000 and a typical dining room or master bedroom starts at about $20,000-$30,000. This includes all furnishings, custom rugs, custom window treatments, lighting, and accessories. AKI design fees not included.

They are typically clients who will trust us to do what we do best. They are decisive and ready to take action. They are willing to invest in what they truly want their home to look and feel like. They understand the value of high-quality design work.

Can I use some of my existing furniture?
Absolutely! We respect our clients' desire to repurpose and reuse pieces as much as possible. With that said, we are also very honest about what works and what doesn't—for example if a piece is just too big for the room or will not fit with the vision the client has, we will recommend moving it to another room where it might work better.
